Winter Social this SATURDAY! Indoor softball next week!

Hi Beachcombers,

It’s our Winter Social THIS Saturday, 1st December, at the Prestonville Arms! Come and join us for a drink or two at our last get-together of 2018. We’ll be having a short planning meeting for the Snowball IV indoor tournament beforehand, so please arrive by 6pm if you’ll be able to attend and/or help out at the tournament.

We had another excellent indoor softball session last week! Our last session of 2018 is on next Friday 7th December at the University of Sussex Sports Centre from 8pm-10pm. Come along and bring your friends! It’s just £5 per person. You can find out more about indoor softball further down this email.

If anyone would be able to give me a lift up to the venue next week with the kit I’d really appreciate it. Please let me know if you can help me out!

SNOWBALL IV

We’ll be hosting our fourth annual Snowball indoor softball tournament on Sunday 16th December! It’s always a fantastic event but we’ll need as much help as we can get to make sure the day runs smoothly. Anyone who’d like to play will get a place on our team. We’ll be sending out the sign-up form for this next week. All players will also be needed to help out throughout the day (scoring, selling raffle tickets etc). If you don’t fancy playing but you’d like to help, please do come along. Friends and family are also welcome to come and cheer you on!
